Yoga, cardio, core, and strength training to prep you for the greatest athletic event of your life: Birth.
You know you need to work out, but prenatal movement can feel super-confusing. In SAAM: Prenatal, week-by-week guidance gives you the confidence that you’re doing exactly what’s best for you and baby at every stage — no fear-mongering or drama. The program gives you all of that through smart prenatal workouts (yoga, Pilates, stretching, strength-training, and more) and the accountability to actually show up and do the thing.
Your plan includes 3-5 workouts per week, including prenatal yoga, strength-training, Pilates, and stretching.
You have ongoing access to Kelly for program customization and questions 7 days a week.
Classes are offered on-demand so no matter what you can get your workouts in. You'll also be part of our private Facebook community with weekly live office hours calls.
On top of the weekly program, you have unlimited access to the entire online studio whenever you need something more.
Kelly Bryant is a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-200), Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), and Pilates & Barre Instructor. Whew! That was a mouthful.
After becoming pregnant with her own daughter in 2018, she realized how mediocre most of the info out there about pregnancy was. So, she set out to learn everything she possibly could. She is passionate about helping women through every stage of life with her proprietary method integrating, posture, flexibility, exercise, and the nervous system.
Prior to quitting her job to travel the world in 2016, she worked at health & fitness startup, Noom, where she led content and community marketing efforts and soaked up everything she could learn about psychology and behavior change.
I have kept this program incredibly affordable for all it offers, because I didn’t want to ask you to pay more than I would have paid myself when I was in your shoes. It’s enough money that if you cough it up, you’ll really do it, but not so much that it’s unattainable for most of you.
If you can afford to online shop, to order takeout, or to get a pedicure, you can afford this program. Period. (If you can’t afford those things, I’d love to talk to you about scholarships. Email me below.)
