Be your healthiest you (for two)
Week-by-week guidance gives you the confidence that you’re doing exactly what’s best for you and baby at every stage. Research shows prenatal exercise helps improve pregnancy, birth, and postpartum outcomes. The Thrive program gives you all of that through prenatal yoga, Pilates, stretching, strength-training, and more.
Your plan includes 3-5 workouts per week, including prenatal yoga, strength-training, Pilates, and stretching.
You have ongoing access to Kelly for program customization and questions 7 days a week.
Weekly coaching calls keep you on track and one-to-one messaging provides accountability to make sure you're showing up for you.
On top of the weekly program, you have unlimited access to the entire online studio whenever you need something more.
This experience was more than I could have hoped for. I had doubts about what could be accomplished in just 2 months in a remote online course. The format of the course kept me on track with weekly homework assignments and live workout classes. Weekly coaching calls allowed us to interact as a group and share tips of how to prioritize our daily routine to make room for exercise and breathing. What a difference it made- no more aches and pains, noticeable strength in my core and pelvic floor and visibly improved posture. I have had both pelvic floor PT and lower back PT but trust me when I say these sessions paled in comparison to the knowledge and strength I gained from just 60 days with Kelly. Every mom deserves to feel this good after having a baby.

Kelly Bryant is a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-200), Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), and Pilates & Barre Instructor. Whew! That was a mouthful.
After becoming pregnant with her own daughter in 2018, she realized how mediocre most of the info out there about pregnancy was. So, she set out to learn everything she possibly could. She is passionate about helping women through every stage of life with her proprietary method integrating, posture, flexibility, exercise, and the nervous system.
Prior to quitting her job to travel the world in 2016, she worked at health & fitness startup, Noom, where she led content and community marketing efforts and soaked up everything she could learn about psychology and behavior change.
