These seasonal Restorative Workshops are an opportunity to process your “stuff” from this winter and lean into a fresh start for Spring.
Restorative yoga is an entirely floor-based practice where we use props like pillows and blocks to fully support the body in a variety of positions, with the intention of creating complete relaxation. It’s like the best nap you’ve ever taken (without actually going to sleep).

In this live Zoom workshop, you'll see me and I'll see you (or not, your choice) so you will have the opportunity to ask your questions and get individualized suggestions and adjustments.
You provide the pillows, blankets, and blocks (I'll share a list of props ahead of time — including alternatives you have around the house), and I'll show you what to do. You're encouraged to create your own sanctuary with candles and oils, if you'd like.
