If you know me, you already know that I prize recovery over all other forms of movement. If you’re new here: Just know that if you aren’t appropriately recovering and processing — emotionally and physically — your body will. not. work. as. designed.

These seasonal Restorative Workshops are an opportunity to process your “stuff” from this winter and lean into a fresh start for Spring.

Restorative yoga is an entirely floor-based practice where we use props like pillows and blocks to fully support the body in a variety of positions, with the intention of creating complete relaxation. It’s like the best nap you’ve ever taken (without actually going to sleep). 

This workshop is for you IF:

  • You’re craving some organized rest and renewal that doesn’t involve bingeing on Netflix or scrolling on your phone.
  • You love the idea of intentions or a word for the year, but you’re feeling like you’ve lost touch with the intentions you created a few months ago.
  • You’re *terrible* at relaxing, but know you really should do more of it.
  • You’ve gotten out of touch with your body and want a kind way to say, “hey, what’s up, hello.”
  • You just love restorative yoga (you are my people!)

Live & Recorded

When you purchase, you automatically receive 1 week of digital access in case you can't make it live OR to re-watch.

1:1 Support in a Group Setting

In this live Zoom workshop, you'll see me and I'll see you (or not, your choice) so you will have the opportunity to ask your questions and get individualized suggestions and adjustments.

In the Comfort of Your Home

You provide the pillows, blankets, and blocks (I'll share a list of props ahead of time — including alternatives you have around the house), and I'll show you what to do. You're encouraged to create your own sanctuary with candles and oils, if you'd like.

About Kelly

Kelly Bryant is a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-200), Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), and Pilates & Barre Instructor. Whew! That was a mouthful.

After becoming pregnant with her own daughter in 2018, she realized how mediocre most of the info out there about pregnancy, postpartum, and women’s health in general is. So, she set out to learn everything she possibly could. She is passionate about helping women through every stage of life  with her proprietary method integrating, posture, flexibility, exercise, and the nervous system.
