Accelerate change with individualized attention in personal training. Our sessions will be a mix of physical practices and one-on-one mental and emotional coaching to help you break through the barriers that have held you back in the past. These sessions can include instruction in yoga, Pilates, resistance training, stretching, meditation, and any other physical practices that best meet your needs. Training can be done digitally or in-person in your home or in my private studio.
Prenatal and Postpartum Workouts
Create the birth experience of your dreams. Recover from this life- (and body-) changing event. For moms-to-be, my training can help prepare you for the physical and emotional marathon of childbirth. Postnatally we’ll focus on creating space for your own self-care and physically recovering from the intense and life-altering experience of having a baby (however you may have brought your little earthside). Group and individual classes available.

This is a fantastic option for those who can’t make it into a studio (I see you, moms), or are looking for a more budget-conscious option. In my online studio, you can access yoga, Pilates, and stretching classes, meditations, goal-setting sessions and more. You’ll gain access to the full library plus new classes added weekly.
