Everything you need to create mind-blowing change:

Weekly Group coaching and accountability call

Our weekly group coaching call is your opportunity to get questions answered, be held accountable, and request program modifications on the fly.

Weekly Group workout

One-hour weekly group workouts progress with you over time. You'll learn everything you need to know from foundations to being ready to get back to your favorite pre-baby exercise. (Plus a recording of the session if you wish to repeat it on your own.)

Both weekly calls take place at a time and day of the week voted on by the group, so they suit your schedule. Plus you receive a recording of the session if you miss it or wish to repeat it on your own.

Personalized training program

Your group gets homework each week tailored to that week's theme, including assigned classes from the online studio AND simple breathing and core activation techniques.

Access to digital studio

Full access to the KBW Digital Studio ($39/mo value) including classes in Yoga, Pilates, Strength, and Meditation.

Ongoing support & motivation

Direct chat access to Kelly all month long to ask your questions and get immediate actionable answers. Plus, get the accountability of knowing that someone else is paying attention.

All with my personal guarantee: As long as you are committed to doing the work, I am committed to you. See FAQs for details.

  • My strength is coming back, but also, I love the education Kelly gives on what has been happening to our bodies while pregnant and after!

  • Since doing the program I no longer have urinary incontinence, and I feel like that my pelvic floor is strong … I also feel that it has also helped me gain back my sex life after having my little one. I highly recommend the program and feel like this will be beneficial for women at any stage postpartum.

  • You can be proactive and help yourself heal if you are dedicated and informed about what is and isn’t “normal.”  Kelly is an incredible resource in this area! I couldn’t be more grateful to have learned as much as I have from her. She gives you all the information you need and encourages you to be the best mom you can be, by taking some time for yourself and to heal.  This challenge has changed my life, body and mind. I HIGHLY recommend it!

  • As a former Division 1 athlete, I had a very tough time getting out of my sedentary habits once I had my second child.  The program sounded like exactly what I needed so I used it as an excuse to get moving again.  I was wonderfully surprised to find that not only have I been focusing on areas that were affected by my pregnancies, but also focusing on the whole body in a way that I haven’t since leaving college.  My strength is coming back, but also, I love the education Kelly gives on what has been happening to our bodies while pregnant and after!

Frequently asked questions

YES! I have years of experience working with ALL different levels of experience, injuries, and limitations. I’ve worked one-on-one with someone with an above-the-knee leg amputation, an expecting Mom on her due date, and people well into their eighties and as young as their teens.

It is quite literally MY JOB to create a program you can succeed at and grow through. I promise to meet you where you are and focus on getting you where YOU want to go (not to some imaginary perfect or ideal physique the world says you should have).

Also, keep in mind, that your past results have NOTHING to do with your future outcomes. When it comes to whether or not you will succeed at this, any past failures you may have experienced are not really relevant.

Each group votes on call times, so they work for your schedule. If you miss a call, you can catch up with the recording.

I can’t promise specific outcomes (no one can), because we’re all human and every person is different. However, as long as you stay committed to your program, I am committed to you. I will offer as much additional coaching as you need for free, if you do not feel that you are seeing benefits from your program.

No problem! We will have address any and all tech issues before the program even starts. I am also happy to walk you through any of the apps we  use for communication. I strive to make sure that tech issues never stand between you and a great workout.

You do need to have decent-quality internet and a laptop with webcam or a smartphone. (Most U.S. home internet is perfectly fine! If you are trying to workout on a coffee shop’s WiFi, we might have problems.) For space and equipment, all you need is enough space to roll out a yoga mat and reach your arms out to the sides! The equipment I use is minimal (<$50 and takes up less space than a grocery tote), and I will tell you what you need when you start. This can be purchased through me or independently.

No. I am happy to make common sense nutrition suggestions and/or to help you use yoga to observe and work on your mindset around food or weight. However, I am not a qualified nutritionist or dietitian. I am happy to recommend someone who can work with you digitally, though.

First, you should always have clearance from your doctor before starting any fitness program. That said, I am happy to consult with your physician or any other practitioner you work with medically to discuss any concerns he/she may have. Assuming you are cleared for light exercise, I am delighted (in fact, it is my expertise) to work within the constraints of your physical abilities and to dynamically modify your program as your condition changes.

Generally speaking, no. Our work together is different from a regular gym or trainer in that: 1. You can take me with you anywhere!  2. My approach to fitness considers the whole person and their real life. I strive to make your programs work with your life, whether that means modifying around injury or illness, travel, or caretaking for a family member. and 3. You are part of a group. Your group moves through the program together, so I am not able to accommodate holding your membership. That said, if there are extenuating circumstances, I am human and I’m happy to discuss arrangements we can mutually agree on. (See below for additional information on pregnancy.)

I believe that we can do valuable work together under almost any physical conditions. I strongly encourage you to maintain your membership through the prenatal period, and use our time together to learn about your changing body and stay connected to it. I am able to modify workouts for pregnancy.

That said, you and your medical provider have the ultimate say in if or when movement practices are appropriate. If you wish, you may freeze your membership for up to 2 months around the birth of a child or loss of pregnancy.

No! You are grandfathered into the price you pay now (either monthly or annually) for as long as you remain a member continuously.
