A private yoga and/or strength-training session in your home or online!
Private sessions are so much more than a group fitness class for one. Our work will be tailored to your specific needs, with the opportunity to ask questions, discuss issues or discomfort, and grow your strength and knowledge in a way that helps support all your fitness goals. A single session is a great way to:
- Answer a few nagging questions
- Learn modifications you can use in a group workout
- Pick up tips to help make your other workouts more effective
- Get to know me and see whether regular private sessions are a good fit
Sessions may include strength-training (body weight or resistance work), Pilates, yoga, stretching, and meditation. May take place in your home in Martin County or digitally via Skype.
