I work with an app, called Trainerize, that allows me to provide a full custom training program for you to follow at home. You just tell me what equipment you have (even if that’s nothing!) and I will build you a comprehensive training program to follow. Trainerize provides demo videos and walks you through the workout while tracking your reps and weight. (Pictured above is part of my husband’s training program. He’s not a group class person, but this is working for him!)
