Private sessions are so much more than a group fitness class for one. Our work will be tailored to your specific needs, with the opportunity to ask questions, discuss issues or discomfort, and grow your strength and knowledge in a way that helps support all your fitness goals. Regular private sessions can help you:
- Learn exercises and techniques you can use on your own or in group fitness classes
- Stay committed to a regular exercise routine
- Get the accountability you need to do the “good for you” exercises you don’t really feel like doing on your own
- Prepare for or recover from labor.
Sessions may include strength-training (body weight or resistance work), Pilates, yoga, stretching, and meditation. May take place in your home in Martin County or digitally via Skype.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the loss of a class.
