Ep. 57: Your Routines should seem bizarre to anyone else

The idea of routines means doing the same thing, but that doesn’t mean your routines should be the same as everybody else’s. You have your own unique goals, and your routines should help you achieve your goals, not meet the goals that someone else thinks you should should be striving for.

In this episode I discuss:

  • How to decide what’s important to you
  • Developing Minimum Viable Programs for your movement
  • Developing Daily Eating Commitments to help your eating routine
  • How you can dive deeper into your routines to figure out the common threads and adapt these routines when life throws a curveball (new baby, vacation, eating out)
  • And more
