Ep. 50: What to do when you hit a rut

So you’re chugging along with your workout routine and then it just starts to feel…meh. This week we’re discussing what to do when your exercise M.O. feels stale. Typically, one (or a combination) of three things is responsible:

  • Boredom
  • Fatigue
  • Lack of Results

In this episode I discuss how to address boredom by switching up the where, how, what, and why of exercise. We talk about common causes of fatigue (other than lack of sleep), and explore why you may not be seeing results and what to do about it.
