Frequent and sudden need to urinate is often one of those issues that gets accepted as a fact of life postpartum, but there are several ways you can absolutely address it, including:
- Focusing on both the mental & psychological sides of the issue
- Working on loosening and/or strengthening your pelvic floor
- Doing general strength training to feel more confident in your body.
