You should not have pain when walking barefoot.
You should not need orthotics the rest of your life.
You do not have to live with plantar fasciitis.
Flat feet are not normal.

Your feet are full of muscles that work just like all the other muscles in your body. In this workshop, you'll learn how to strengthen your feet in order to have healthier knees and ankles, less low-back pain, and even alleviate pelvic floor symptoms.

Funky feet will mess with your whole body...

Your feet are literally the foundation that the rest of your body is built on. If your feet can’t carry you through your daily activities (regardless of what footwear you’re wearing) you’ve got a problem. 

Maybe you also have low-back pain, recurring ankle issues, knee pain, hip problems — the list goes on. All of these injuries can ultimately be traced back to your feet.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • How your feet are designed to work
  • How your feet relate to the rest of your body 
  • Why I don’t think orthotics are a good idea long-term and why I ultimately want everyone to be able to exercise barefoot
  • How pregnancy may have impacted your feet — NO, your feet did not grow a half-size because you had a baby.
  • Small, actionable steps you can take daily to have less foot, ankle, and calf pain.

About Kelly

Kelly Bryant is a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-200), Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), and Pilates & Barre Instructor. Whew! That was a mouthful.

After becoming pregnant with her own daughter in 2018, she realized how mediocre most of the info out there about pregnancy, postpartum, and women’s health in general is. So, she set out to learn everything she possibly could. She is passionate about helping women through every stage of life  with her proprietary method integrating, posture, flexibility, exercise, and the nervous system.
