You are NOT "supposed" to have low-back pain postpartum. This is not "normal."

Low-back pain is common postpartum for a ton of reasons; in this workshop, I promise to skip the boring technical stuff and give you straightforward, actionable tips to get out of pain — like, now.

It started during pregnancy...

Maybe a little ache here or there. Or a sense of tension and soreness around the low-back. Sciatica, SI pain, hyper-lordosis… or just run of the mill low-back pain. 

You figured it’d go away postpartum (maybe your provider even said that). But here you are….3 months, 6 months, even 12 months postpartum and it’s still there. 

I have to tell you: If you do nothing, it will almost definitely NOT go away on its own. 

If you want something to change, you have to change something.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • Why you have low-back pain in the first place (in the simplest terms possible).
  • How to get overactive muscles to ease up and train underactive ones to be stronger. 
  • How to fix your posture so that you’re effortlessly getting stronger every single day. 
  • My FAVORITE, simplest exercises to cure back pain (and be sure you’re doing them right — with live feedback from me!)
  • How fixing your back can also bring back your cute, perky pre-pregnancy butt and help with issues like peeing your pants, pain with sex, and a ton of other postpartum issues.

About Kelly

Kelly Bryant is a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-200), Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), and Pilates & Barre Instructor. Whew! That was a mouthful.

After becoming pregnant with her own daughter in 2018, she realized how mediocre most of the info out there about pregnancy, postpartum, and women’s health in general is. So, she set out to learn everything she possibly could. She is passionate about helping women through every stage of life  with her proprietary method integrating, posture, flexibility, exercise, and the nervous system.
