Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness
Our prenatal and postnatal classes go beyond modifying around your changing body. They focus on supporting a healthy pregnancy, getting your body ready for delivery, and postnatal recovery – without the ego-tripping or fear-mongering so common around prenatal and postnatal fitness.
So your M.D. clears you for exercise, but the group fitness instructor at your gym has no idea how to help you modify. Check out our rehab classes, which include stretching and breathwork, movements inspired by physical therapy, and functional fitness training.
